Summer fun in Neustift
In the summer you can reach some hiking and mountaineering trails directly from the house. Our guests have free access to the nearby indoor and outdoor pool (except in winter).
There are also several summer festivals that you can easily reach on foot. The Elfer lifts take you to the starting point of paragliding and tandem flights, but the mountain station is also the ideal starting point to some beautiful hiking and mountaineering tours.
Unlike most valleys, the Stubaital valley offers hiking and mountain climbing for all skill levels. Climbing enthusiasts will get their money's worth.
Bicyclists welcome!
A network of designated bicycle trails spans the entire Stubaital valley, waiting to be conquered...Just 3 km (2 mi.) from here, you'll find the recreation area Kampler See with natural lake (suitable for swimming), playground and petting zoo.
Winter paradise fun in Neustift
In the winter, the ski bus (approx. 150 m/yards) will take you either to the Stubai glacier or the "Schlick 2000" ski region in Fulpmes. The "Elfer Lift" is 10 minutes on foot and the cross-country ski track right behind the house.
In the winter, you have free access to the nearby recreation center with sauna, solarium and indoor pool with your Super Ski Pass. Here you will find a skittle alley, a restaurant and the Pfiff bar, a firing range (Zimmergewehr rifle) and the venue room where prizes are awarded and other events take place.
The ski region "Elfer" is located in the village offering demanding downhill runs, the starting point for the day and night toboggan run and a magnificent panorama.
A glacier ski region second to none - modern climb ascent systems, short waiting periods, 110 kilometers (69 mi.) of well-prepared ski runs and lots of fun!
Cross-country skiing on perfectly prepared tracks - in the valley (right behind the house) and on the glacier. Surf in the snow and in the half pipe - freedom without limits on your snowboard.
Paragliding, hang gliding, sleigh runs, ice skating, winter hiking, and for many all you need for happiness is a good horse!
